The 2018 Handbook provides our participants guidelines, insights and rules. For our leagues we make use of a variety of resources e.g., MLB rulebook (from the previous year e.g., for 2018 we refer to the 2017 version), WBSC (CEB) Europe rulebook and our own Handbook.
